Demand for kitty cuddles is high, especially Friday through Sunday, and spots fill up quickly! Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee entry. Each guest (including kids) needs a ticket, so be sure to select the correct quantity when booking.

🐱 Each guest needs a ticket – Adjust the quantity before selecting your date and time. If we’re fully booked, additional guests without tickets will be turned away.

💳 Payment Options:

• A valid credit card is required to reserve your spot.
• You can prepay in full (and tip) or choose to pay at the café upon arrival with card, cash, or gift card.
• If you prepay, cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will receive store credit (no refunds).

❗ Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $5 late cancellation fee per person.
• No-shows (failure to cancel and not showing up) will be charged in full.

🚪 Arrival & Parking:

• Parking is behind our building – enter through the back entrance (our front door facing Division stays locked).
• Arrive on time! Late arrivals will not extend your session.

👶 Kids & Safety:

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult inside the cat lounge at all times.
• For safety, the lounge is monitored via CCTV.
